The entry of the person who has guessed the exact number of cars in the jars or has come the closest will declared by the Contest judge as the winner, subject to the skill-testing question mentioned below. In the case where more than one person has submitted an entry with the exact number of cars, or in the case where more than one person has submitted an entry with the closest number to the exact number of cars, the winner will be chosen by random draw, which will take place approximately 48 hours after the end date of the CIAS at the offices of the Sponsor located in Toronto, Ontario. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone or email. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within 48 hours, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received at each of the Trade Shows.
